hello...

I realise that I am taking a bit of a risk in following my heart, by trying new approaches to break down some of the stigma that exists around reaching out for help and support, but I also feel strongly about the fact, that you will know if this type of thing is for you or not.

If you are the type of person that has a creative soul, value the true importance of connection in this world, enjoy being out in the environment and are keen on pushing and exploring new boundaries then we should chat :)

Life sure has it's obstacles, it's ups and downs and unpredictability. We all have our struggles from time to time and I am no exemption to that rule. I feel deep gratitude for the experiences and challenges that life has thrown my way, and feel that this supports me in to work in a genuine and authentic way with people.

I strongly believe in showing up, being present and just to be seen as a 'normal' human being. I truly value authenticity and vulnerability. I believe, that although we might be after a 'quick fix' but it takes time, exploration and learning to change habits and patterns that are engrained within us.

I also believe that no one is broken, we don't need to 'fix' people but rather support them in their process of understanding and safe the in world.

Something that has truly helped me in my process, has been learning to connect to the true self through the practice of yoga. For this reason my style of support & connection integrates East and West, blending elements of yoga, mindfulness, traditional therapeutic practices as well as learning and educational tools to support my clients individual process.

I have been very fortunate to work in a variety of environments; working with children in schools across NSW and QLD, supporting positive body image as well as working in mental health organisations; with the Butterfly Foundation, The National Eating Disorders Collaboration, The Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation and Family Services Illawarra.

My other interest include; Creative arts -  dance, visual arts and making music and being out in the environment.

I am really looking forward to hearing from you :)
