This week I wanted to shed some light on some of the common thinking traps or spirals that we get caught up in. Whether it is while looking at social media, magazines or comparing ourselves to other people in our lives, at one point or another we experience all of these thinking styles - if we like or not. By bringing awareness to different thinking traps, we can make conscious observations and decisions on if a thought pattern is serving us or not. This week I would encourage you to reflect, observe and perhaps journal what you notice arises for you.
